The Pleasure Pack

When was the last time you colored for fun? Or listened to a playlist created for overstimulated moms? Or experimented with types of touch that felt good?

Here's your playground. This is a living space, meaning that it will be updated and adjusted throughout its existence. There are activities, resources, ideas, and reflections to help you think of ways to sprinkle more pleasure into your daily life. Think small, sustainable things...not large, sweeping adjustments.

The pleasure pack is organized by the 5 senses (sight, sound, touch, taste, smell) and includes an additional section of whole-self resources as well. There are downloadable files and links to other pages, and even an e-book about adding more amusement into your life.

Just a few of the things you'll find:

  • A word search
  • Coloring pages
  • Reflections about touch
  • A playlist I created for you (it's continuing to grow)
  • A pleasure Tarot/Oracle spread suggestion

And more :-)

Just a note, this is not meant to replace therapy and does not indicate a therapy relationship between Emily Souder and the user.
